* Generate Leads / Enquires through various sources designed by the company and other activities. * Meetings and inspections with clients. * Handle clients quires and their requirements, build relationships. * Verbal and written communication with clients and companies. * Sell real estate projects to the clients. * Provide market research and analysis for existing and upcoming real estate development. * Keep update of existing and new laws related to property dealing and real estate market. * Market commercial projects. * Database management related to clients and properties. * Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their status. * Develop and maintain market intelligence and an understanding of market trends and client business needs. * Achieve monthly / Annual business targets of self and team.
