• Have an Extensive human resources knowledge • Active participation as a active member of management core team. • Effectively execute HR processes including talent acquisition and development, Performance Management, diversity, and other HR concerns. • Implements people policies to further employee and business performance • Provides expert advice and coaching to employees on all employee relations matters • Provides counsel to management and employees on various human resources matters including employee relations, performance management, employment law compliance, policy interpretation, compensation and benefits, and recruitment support • Developing their respective teams to maximize performance and employee engagement • Maintaining communications programs that successfully impart the company’s mission, values, culture, and objectives • Work closely with senior leaders and managers to provide expertise and hands on support in multiple areas including: workforce planning, on boarding, employee retention, employee relations, management coaching, performance management and change management • Assesses risk areas associated with employee retention and proactively develops solutions to strengthen the business organization. • Contributes to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes • Facilitates people initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the business unit’s strategic priorities • Provides support to execute corporate programs Work Life Balance Initiatives, etc. • Settled down many legal issues PAN India. • Reported directly to CEO/Director.
