In case of any question, dispute or differences arising out of or in connection with these Terms or breach, termination or validity thereof, such questions, dispute or difference will be resolved by mutual discussions at the first instance. Unresolved dispute, if any, shall be subject to resolution and mediation by the good offices of the higher authorities of the entity/individuals failing which the parties shall elect to resolve the matter through the courts of Bangalore/Bengaluru. These Terms shall be governed by the Laws of India and the Parties hereto shall be within the jurisdiction of Courts of Bangalore.

Outside India Use
