AGILE PROJECT MANAGER
Greenville, SC (Hybrid)
Long Term
Client: BMW
• These teams are responsible for the Platforms (PaaS/SaaS) for On-Premise and Cloud services.
• The Scrum Master would be responsible for organizing the tasks related to Agile and Project Management and Task Management.
• By using the Agile Toolchain (JIRA/Confluence) along with the Agile methodologies the resource will be responsible for facilitating planning, prioritizing, executing Sprints/Standups/Project meetings
• Day to day: Scrum master responsibilities.
• On a day to day basis there are several teams within the department.
• All teams are running projects or initiatives that need to have some level of Agile Master and someone to organize and conduct the planning sessions and group discussion regarding the topics.
• This person will act as the organizer and bring the topics together and follow up on the points and check for quality on the work being delivered.
• This person will define what success looks like for each team/topic.
• This person would also identify and get rid of any road blocks along the way.
• They need to be familiar with Jira and Confluence and be able to understand the user stories and manage them.
• It’s more of a project management component.
• Need more of the logistics in the overall client process for someone to navigate the workflow and process assistance when updating internal control systems with the data required.
• This position is more of an Agile Project Manager.
• Need to have core project management skills to be able to facilitate and allocate resource management between groups.
• Need more of a process person than technical expert.
• Must be able to work well with others from different countries as this department supports international locations.
• Must have: Be familiar with databases and how they work
• Must be familiar with JIRA and Microsoft Project.
• Must be very fluent with Office 365.
• Must be PMP certified.
• WFH: 50% work from home and 50% onsite (must be flexible with days for onsite)
