Database Administrator

Job Description:

Role: Database Administrator

Location: Remote

Type: Permanent / Fulltime


The Database Administrator will assist building out a data driven and analytical culture within the company. Through partnerships across departments and projects you will work to ensure data and reporting are accurate, timely and actionable. You’ll interact with all levels of the organization and participate in various meetings, projects and trainings that look to optimize processes, standardize reporting and provide insights to both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related quantitative field
3-5 years of experience
Experience with SQL required
Experienced with using and deploying Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Domo)
Experienced in finance or accounting.
Experience with Budgeting Software such as Adaptive Insights, Infor, and Hyperion
Experience in creating and analyzing advanced Excel models
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
Strong problem solving and mathematical skills.

Additional Preferred Skills:

ERP Implementation Experience
Prior work in the Real Estate, Hotel, Construction and/or Hospitality Industry
Python/R programming is a plus
AWS experience
Pentaho experience
Familiarity with Integration tools a plus
