Step-by-step
Once you create password & create account, you will land our profile page. Fill in all the details of your educational/professional qualifications to arrive at the end of your profile. Once you click the payment link, you will be taken forward to the selected payment gateway where you will complete the payment process. Once completed, our system will update you on when the digital download will be ready & when you will receive the physical smart card.
Yes, to purchase a VR we need a valid email id - the same ID to which we will deliver the VR - so make sure it is valid.
This also enables you to create a profile to apply to job listings on our job search site, and manage applications from your dashboard. Your profile can be edited as and when needed, but the resume will be created only one extra time per year.
No need to make another account, your profile is already created when you fill in the resume details. You can begin searching for jobs that are relevant to you and apply immediately, no limits on the applications. Manage these from your dashboard, and see which recruiter has viewed your profile and downloaded it, etc.
Once your profile is complete and the payment has been processed, it will take up to two business days for us to process the details and create the document. Once completed, we will email you the digital copy and if you’ve ordered the smart card too, it should take around 4-5 business days to be delivered to your address.
In case you are logged out of the process of populating your resume you should be able to go back to where you started, so make sure you create a login with a valid email and password.

Mention all jobs/job titles held by you, with dates specifying the duration each job was held. Include all educational courses completed, with specializations mentioned clearly, and the year of completion of the degree. Complete the section for languages known, spoken - including level of proficiency. Add any interesting hobbies or activities you have participated in, to make it interesting!
Do not include any details about caste, religion, political leanings. Need not mention any friends or family person’s employment details in support or as reference.
When you are applying as a student, most likely you will have no work experience, or maybe an internship or a brief period. In this case, you can focus on your academic achievements and what qualities you will be bringing to the job.
You can choose a simple, elegant template that doesn’t require too many sections. Before you purchase a template there will be options you can select according to term of experience.
Changes can be made to your profile through the dashboard in the “edit profile” section. Make sure to select “Save Changes” before leaving the page.
Our web development team is currently working on this feature; so far you cannot delete a profile, although you can edit it as many times as you wish.
Once the payment for the VR has been completed, expect the Profile Card to arrive within 3-4 working days (according to the speed of the post)
Currently you are the only person you can look at your profile. In the main database on the Job portal, recruiters with registered profiles on the portal can see your profile when you apply for the particular job posting.
In the dashboard, you can access the sections “Viewed Profile” and “Saved Profile” to see which recruiter has viewed or saved your profile.
You can avail of lateral services like resume writing, visual resumes, cover letter services and tips and guide to interviews.
These facilities and your account can be accessed for as long as you want, there is no limit!
There are several formats of templates that you can select based upon your experience level. For entry level professionals, students graduating and those with limited experience, select “Fresher”. For experience levels of 3-8 years, select “Mid-level” and with experience above 9 years, choose “High Level”. Once you select the template, you will land on the login page for email/password updation.
You cannot skip the essential sections – like prior experience, places of employment & time frame, educational qualifications, skills etc. These create your profile, so make sure they are all filled in accurately!

There is a space provided at the start of the resume to enter a few lines as cover letter – a small introduction of yourself and why you would be ideal for the job, and features your key skills. Not more than a few sentences, this is what the recruiter notices first, so make it concise & smart.
