Detailed Job Description
We are seeking a part time Office Support Assistant to provide coverage at the the reception desk and administrative support as needed.

20 hours per week, M-F 10 am to 2 pm

What you will do:

Provide a professional demeanor for OCES consumers and community members.
Answer calls and voicemails made to OCES and direct appropriately.
Receive and direct scheduled and walk-in guests
Take appropriate action on any emergency calls regarding any OCES consumer or staff person
Receive, distribute, and send agency mail as required
Assist OCES departments with clerical/administrative duties

What you will bring:

Ability to handle multiple console lines in a professional manner
Ability to maintain an agreeable and helpful manner in handling calls
Ability to organize, prioritize and work with minimum supervision
Excellent computer skills
Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
High School diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred.
Minimum one year of relevant experience
